Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates and Exit Realty Network have merged to become the third largest real estate company in Murfreesboro, TN.  The company will be under the leadership of Bob Lamb and will retain the name of Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates.  Both offices will be coming under one roof at 1734 S. Rutherford Blvd in Murfreesboro, TN on February 1st, 2010.  With these two offices combined, Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates will be the top producing office in the Exit Mid-South region which includes Tennessee and Kentucky.  This past year, the Exit Mid-South Region was the Region of the Year for Exit Realty Corp.  Exit Realty is currently contradicting all the trends in the real estate market.  When most real estate companies are experiencing decreasing sales and no growth, Exit Realty is actually growing and experiencing an increase in sales. 

Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates would also like to introduce the new Auction Division.  With five auctioneers with over 80 years of combined experience, The Auction Division can handle any auction needs.
